Daddy’s Dyin’

by Del Shores

Directed by Robby Bardwell

Performance Dates (Please note date changes): Wed., May 20th – Sat., May 23rd, 7:30pm, and Sun., May 24, Matinee – 2pm (Performance dates cover one weekend only; but include an additional week-night production on Wednesday!)

Set in 1986, Daddy's Dyin is the story of the Turnover family, a mismatched brood who have gathered at the family ranch in Lowake, Texas, to visit Daddy, Buford Turnover, who has come home to die after suffering a memory-robbing stroke.

Struggling with dementia, Buford can't remember where he put his will, though he knows he has recently changed it, and his four children have gathered ---- with varying degrees of filial love and greed ---- to say their goodbyes to Daddy and search for his will.

Huntsville Community Theatre is proud to announce the addition of the play

Greater Tuna

by Jaston Williams, Joe Sears and Ed Howard,

Directed by Robby Bardwell

Performance Dates: Wed., Jun 10th – Sat., June 13th, 7:30pm, and Sun., Jun 14, Matinee – 2pm (Performance dates cover one weekend only; but include an additional week-night production on Wednesday!)

Greater Tuna is the hilarious comedy about Texas' third smallest town, where the Lions Club is too liberal and Patsy Cline never dies. The eclectic band of citizens that make up this town are portrayed by only three performers, making this satire on life in rural America even more delightful as they depict all of the inhabitants of Tuna ... men, women, children and animals.
