HCT's 2013-14 Season - "Celebrating 25 Years"

In Nov 1988 Huntsville Community Theatre performed its first production, “My Three Angel,” and has produced over 110 productions or events since. 2013-14 marks 25 years for HCT. 

To commemorate our 25th year, HCT has unveiled a new logo. The new logo - pictured to the left - is big, it’s bold, it’s eye catching and we hope our Patrons like it! (Thanks to Graphic artist, Rebecca Woodruff, who donated her time and talent to create HCT's new logo.)

HCT’s website also has a new face. Please take some time to purse our newly designed website and give us your input. Also look for more updates and changes over the next few months.

NOW for our biggest announcement! The line-up for our 2013-14, 25th Anniversary Season! We have worked hard to select a season that is worthy of that mile marker - and we hope you agree! 

HCT 2013-14 Production Season:
ANATOMY OF GRAY (drama), written by Jim Leonard, Jr., directed by Velvia Keithley. Audition Dates: Jul 29 & 30 at 6 pm. Performance Dates: Sep 20, 21, 27, 28 (all 7:30pm); Sep 22 & 29 (both at 2 pm).

A MIDSUMMER NIGHT’S DREAM (comedy), written by William Shakespeare, directed by Melissa M. Miller. Audition Dates: Sep 23 & 24 at 6 pm. Performance Dates: Nov 15,16, 22, 23 (all 7:30 pm); Nov 17 & 24 (both at 2 pm).

SHADOWLANDS (drama), written by William Nicholson, directed by Dominic Orozco. Audition Dates: Dec 2 & 3 at 6 pm (rehearsals start after the new year). Performance Dates: Feb 21, 22, 28 & Mar 1 (all 7:30 pm); Feb 23 & Mar 2 (both at 2 pm).

THE SUNSHINE BOYS (comedy), Written by Neil Simon, directed by Cylis Wilson. Audition Dates: Feb 24 & 25 at 6 pm. Performance Dates: Apr 25, 26, May 2, 3 (all 7:30 pm); Apr 27 & May 4 (both at 2 pm).
